Influence factors of high speed centrifuge separation effect mainly includes two aspects, one for the design parameters can not change; the other way is to change the operating parameters. There are three main design parameters can not be changed:
(1) settling rotating drum and filtering drum diameter size: drum diameter size determines the consumption could increase with the centrifuge, high-speed centrifuge drum diameter, the disposal of suspension of centrifuge capacity increasing;
(2) the cone angle and the centrifugal settling rotating drum drum, suspension under the function of centripetal force, the crystalline body hit the drum wall, and the screw conveyor under the action of high speed centrifuge, makes the solid particles with the trend moving rearward, conical angle velocity and drum so crystalline particles from the close relationship;
(3) ratio of centrifugal drum centrifuge and settlement of the drum diameter and length: the length to diameter ratio is bigger, the suspension stays in centrifuge time is more long, affirmed the suspension flow within the centrifuge. This paper choose the effect of incident speed drum taper angle of spiral flow pulp of research, the main simulation using the commercial CFD software Fluent to imitate the drum channel internal slurry velocity.
